I swiped this picture from the Narragansett Bay Wheelmen's site in honor of our first ride of May and also the opening of registration for The Flattest Century in the East - a great ride in September which fills up fast, so register NOW if you're thinking about it. I don't know who the guy is in the green, but all crazies behind him are OUR crazies.

I'm back there in the mix too...I tried to set up a blog to announce my guest cycler who found us through warmshowers.com....needless to say, it was not a success. Anyway Neil Fein is touring and will be here May 24 for an overnight. He does mainly rail trail I think. He's coming from Chepachet RI via the rail trail and heading to NY from Boston. He has a great blog and if anyone is interested, I 'll send it to you. You could probably find him too.
ReplyDeleteI rode the Five Boro May 2, 2010. Had a slow ride, but did see alot of NY. I started at the back, and that was tough. I am a little burned, but all in all a good day.
